Bad Service

I would rate Takaelot a 0 I will. I bought a swan kettle and toaster combo the kettle was damaged and was dented. I logged a return and it was scheduled to be collected the 6th no one came then was rescheduled the 8th also no one came. I called the call centre the 9th they reassured me the item will be collected nothing happened. Then got a sms saying collection unsuccessful, but no one called me. Such pathetic service just for a item to be collected and get a new one
