Bad service

I'm really disappointed with the service I have received from Takealot. I orders and paid for goods on the 25 May 2020 and on Wednesday 10 June 2020 I received and sms stating that my goods will delivered on the 10th June 2020 before 17:00. I have been waiting ever since then, no goods were delivered and no communication from them was received. On the 12 June 2020 I went to the Takealot collection point in Wonderboom Pretoria North to enquire the lady who was there dosnt even want to give me the number of the person/driver who is supposed to be delivering my goods. Today is the 15 Juna 2020 and still no goods delivered and no communication.
