Bad service

I bought a new stove set through takealot and it was damaged when delivered. It's about 6-7weeks since they promised Univa will come for collection. It was finally returned but to date nobody's is saying anything about the replacement of the stove. I have been doing enquiry and it doesn't seem one bothers. I really don't know what to do anymore as I paid for the service that I don't have.
