bad service

i am very disappointed with the level of service from Take a lot, i paid a fee for early delivery and yet my goods take the normal delivery time. i am very disgusted by the response i received from take alot stating that they ware house is unable to full fill my request. i will instruct my company to no longer use take alot for any voucher incentives going forward
