Bad service

On the 18th May I bought a spiral potato cutter which cost R375, the delivered a wrong order logged a replacement. The item was collected and was told the product I ordered is out of stock, I will be refunded till this day I haven't received my full amount of R375.

Been emailing them with no response.

I want my money back.
