Bad service
I got an SMS that my parcel will be delivered 18 March, today. Then on tracking I see my parcel was rerouted. I tried to reschedule a delivery date but the button does not appear. I phoned twice customer service and was promised a answer back, still waiting.

20 Mar 2026, 03:58I received emails from 5 people asking the address, GPS coordinates and that after I have received previously at the same address. So still no powerbank. And why after I use them my card is *******ly used by someone? Strange coincidence.
