Incident Report: Damaged Package and Delivery Issues

Date: [09/12/24] Item Description: DWE6401 Polisher Tracking Number: S***

Upon receiving the package, I noticed the following issues:

1. The box was torn. 2. The box was not sealed . 3. The item inside was short. 4. The delivery notification did not include the name of the person who signed for it.

As a result, I had to search the building to locate the parcel.
