BAD SERVICE

Huge Huge disappointment with Takealot service. They could not deliver my 6 year old grandson (whose father had passed away just 8 weeks ago) Christmas present on time. So I went to the depot that parcel was waiting to be released from , on 22 Dec At around 1pm. The rude, unreasonable woman at reception /collections would not release. This was New Germny depot in KZN. We as a family will never use takealot again. I will rather deal directly with the supplier going forward.
