Bad service

It is the second they deliver incomplete orders and when I log a complaint they send multiple emails requesting the same information. First it was soap skip, the seller agreed to replace it but Takealot Help centre did assist, now I having issues with undelivered tent pegs, same multiple emails, they never fix anything
