Bad service.

Hi, I don’t know where to begin describing how disappointed I am with the service from Takealot. I ordered a Samsung screen, a smar****ch, and AirPods on October 22, 2024. The total amounted to R726.00. I received a message on October 30, 2024, stating that my order would be delivered that day. However, nothing was delivered. On October 31, 2024, I checked the tracker and saw a message indicating that my order had been delivered to an incorrect courier facility. I am still waiting for my order, and I am very angry and disappointed with the service from Takealot. Please help.
