Bad Service

Please find attached the times I have been inContact with Takealot regarding my order that keeps getting reschedule due to the driver saying they cant get hold of me and yet they never ever once called me or come to Eskom, if they come the security would have called we have 24 hour security at both gates no drive has been near the building since 19 Dec. this is totally unacceptable I Spoke to Siwaphiwe and she assured me that she included the note on my account for the drive to call me when they at the gate and when I spoke to Thando he could see the note on the system this morning I called again and the agent I spoke to said there is no not on the system if there was any it should have been highlighted in green. till this hour no communication
