Bad service

Take alot has been such an inconvenience since last tear I ordered a kettle and toaster combo and it wasn’t delivered as paid and ordered first time around I lodge a return and i requested for a replacement

Second time wrong items were delivered again and this got me so despondent to a point that i asked for a full refund on this and it was done so

Last one is whwn I reorder just a kettle now not the combo and another wrong kettle is delivered this is such an inconvenience its annoying and irritating as we order specified items for a reason and they dish out what they wish to dish out

I have ot had a kettle for three months after having one that was bought in less than two years ago which got burnt and still the replacement is taking ages to be give. After a full pay and three times attempts of getting what i wanted and order and paid for instead of what they keep dishing out.

Even after calling their offices no one seems to take time and resolve the issues at hand no one sees it fit to deliver whats ordered

I wish to have my kettle replaces and be compensated for such an inconvenience
