Bad service

We bought a brand new smart tv off take a lot. The tv was delivered with a cracked screen. I went onto take alot’s app and tried to log a return. It kept declining my return even tho they advertise a 30 day full refund return policy.

Finally after speaking to 5 different consultants over the phone the manager phoned me and 2 weeks later sent a courier to collect the tv. Now I asked for my money to be refunded and they delivered a new tv. The service we have received is absolutely shocking from such a big company. I can not believe this. I will never ever buy anything off take Alot again. Disgusting service. Guys you really need to step up your game. No management what’s so ever. Know body even returns your calls.
