Bad Service

1st of all let me start so i did order a Samsung 19" Monitor for my desktop pc on the 24/11/2022 so i did say that my delivery will be at one of the pick up points...The Parcel Arived just to find out is the wrong parcel .....the pick up point In George told me they will return it for me i will get two emails that im still been waitng for but the parcel was only returned back to the warehouse on 2022/12/03 and on the 2022/12/05 i received my brand new samsung 19" HD MONITOR but the box was opened before and also ther is hand print in the front of screen and also without a power adapter please guys i need help thank you
