Bad service

I place and order for books with takealot order number ***7 dated 3rd February . My order was 2 learner books and 1 Bible paid online . I did not receive my Bible they telling me that it was a digital down load , I still have my order copy nothing mentioned next to the bible the only information I had was as follows: IBhayibheli Elingcwele 1959/1997 version. There school needed a Bible copy not i digital down load as cell phones are not allowed at school. I am very upset and unhappy customer because they telling me that there is no refund to Digital down load

I cant even use the Bible myself as I don't have smart phone , so wish they can sent me a copy. why will u buy a Digital Bible because I can use SHARE IT if i want a digital down load . Very! Very! upset I feel that is a **** why they will sell Digital down load
