BAD SERVICE

I ordered the Volkano Odyssey ANC Bluetooth Wireless Headphone - Black on Saturday. Upon opening the package, there was a puppy feeding tray. I called the centre and the lady I spoke to told me it would take 5 days for them to send the correct item. Now, why do I need to wait for more than a week? Something they are supposed to be best at, which is delivering correct items. Takealot promised to deliver within 3 days. Forgot to tell me I needed to adopt a puppy too. The level of incompetence is sickening.
