Bad service

takealot.com & Pay Fast are ripping me off. I made an order and paid for it with reference number they provided me, at the same time. But they keep sending me a message "waiting for payment" even after I sent proof of payment to Payfast. now they say I have 24hrs. ok pay me back my money
