Bad service

Extremely bad service as a whole from purchase to customer care. 4 weeks ago I bought a kindl cover and received face cream. Returned with no credit to that delivery fee from them. Ordered another cover. They delivered it to pickup point and then decided to deliver it to my house. They had no address and I never asked them to do that. They then canceled it and sent it back to the warehouse. All of this on their own initiative with 0 input from me. Again no credit to the delivery fee. The customer care was no help to me with long waiting times and once you are helped it's just for them to tell you they can't help. Do not shop with them, you will regret it.
