Bad service

I have purchased a few tools at takealot. Firstly the have duplicated my order and caused for my bank account to go into overdraft so I cancelled order and want a full refund into my account.So takealot has decided to cancel 1 of my items on my original order and refunded me in credit. Catch a wake up takealot. You have cancelled the wrong order number. Please get back to me asap and I will definitely never buy from you again.
