Bad Service

I have received terrible service at take a lot. Firstly I have received sms that my delivery will be on the 3rd July between 8 and 17:00 . No delvery no message I canceeled all my appointmnet so that the delvery can find me home. No delivery no communication. I made the query with them and they apologized and promised to send the sms to confirm delivery indeed today received another sms confirming delivery between 8 and 17:00 , no delivery again. Came early from work to receive the delivery but they did not communicate and they did border to contact me. I have written to them yet again they promised and confirmed that my parcel is out with the driver the latest delvery date will be on the 10 July. I have never seen such pathetic service. No communication and everyone is making his or her own delivering date. The tracking systen is saying something else while their consultaants are saying something else. Bad Service
