Bad Service

I ordered two electric blankets - Order #***1 - on 18/05/2020. They were delivered but not the make I had ordered. I then logged a return on 28/05/2020 RRN-34cc-9102 and to date the item has not been collected - I initially called on 05/06/***2008 spoke to Xola Zonke was told item will be collected by Monday 08/06/2020 but again nothing. I have logged two tickets and still nothing. I really just want my money back and want this whole thing to be over with. thanks
