Bad service

I'm doing this on behalf of my wife. We have placed an order with takealot on the 27th October and have not yet received it, there has been several email, phone calls on this order and even takealot personal that has no answer for why. There has been previous deliveries to the same adress but still not are delivery. This is just unexceptable....
