Bad service

The service from take alot is really Extremely bad. I ordered an item lastweek Thursday the 4th of June and they said they will deliver on the 8th of June which was Monday, so I got the notification that is insufficient address, I then rescheduled my order to be sent today the 9th June but still I got a notification that I need to reschedule my delivery. My question is why can't they call me so that I can direct them when they are around my area for delivery. What I don't get is that I also ordered an item on the 1st of June then on the 4th my item was delivered into my address. I'm failing to understand why is it so hard for them to deliver my second item to the same address, they keep saying insufficient address. I'm really ****ed off by their service.
