Bad service

Takealot kimberley has a bad service. You call them regarding delivery issues and they will promise to get back to you which is a lie.

The other issue is with their drivers, I could not get my order because the driver had a breakdown and that was during the day. I was told that they can't organise another driver for me.

I pleaded with them from 16h45 a until 17h30 with no help.
