Bad service

Order Number: *** I bought rubber paint on Sunday at takealot it's the second time I buy this type of paint however this time it came without membrane which it clearly status on the paint that it comes with free membrane. My problem is it's not the first time this happens, a few months ago I bought a air fryer and the brown paper were short. Someone at the warehouse has long fingers and if they don't address or find out who is steeling customers belongings takealot will loosea lot of customers. I'm disgusted with they service
