Bad service

I have ordered from November Christmas trees from Takealot and each time they cancelled my order on the last day off the order now it's the 21st of December and I must tell my little daughter for the second time that we don't have a Christmas tree I think this is unacceptable this is not the way any business big or small must do business. I will never ever in my lifetime refer anyone to takealot. I don't want anyone to have to tel their daughter that we wound have a Christmas tree this year, believe me it is not a pleasant experience.
