Bad service

My husband bought me n Russle Hobbs Barista coffee machine for Christmas. But unfortunately it started to give problems. So I report the problem. Takealot came to pick it up, just before easter weekend.. 2weeks later, the notify me that they have shipped my new machine. But unfortunately when it arrived, it was not a coffee machine, but a swimming pool. I called them, and the guy promised me when they pick up te pump, they will also deliver my coffee machine. After 2days, the couriers come pick up the pump, but there was no delivery. Once again I emailed, and no response. And then I emailed again. But when they finally respond, they told me that the item is out of stock and they will refund me. Very furious, because on their page, it says '' available ". My husband bought it for R2600. But a new machine cost now R4000. So i have to pay more, to get the same machine. Very disappointed with the service
