Bad service

Ordered a speaker On the 24th of March and paid for the guaranteed express delivery and I was promised to get my package today 25th March 2020 before 5pm. At 4pm I received an sms that You cannot deliver no one even contacted me and the reason they could not deliver was not explained to me.
