Bad service

I'm sharing my most disappointed experience that I have with takealot.i purchased a cell phone .ii got a message that the delivery is on its way 1st December.later on I got another message order is rescheduled as they can't find the delivery address.which don't make any sense as normally delivery guys will phone if they don't find the place.i then get a message it will be delivered 2nd December again no delivery and no communication.i them lodge the complaint about not receiving my delivery.they requested a while of information which I provided.they confirmed order will be delivered today before 17h00.i still didn't receive my order.Takealot what are you doing to customers.
