Bad service

Worst customer service ever experienced, purchased a product on their site, got wrong product delivered and they then eventually tell me I must call the company product came from, company says deal with Takealot but no response from any manager after several requests phones get answered with staff talking in different language and kids crying in background but nobody talks to you😡😡😡
