Bad Service

My daughter placed an order on my behalf for super oxygen tablets with Tnever delivered because it was sent with an incorrect courier. Email received last week regarding the incorrect courier said it was being rerouted and indicated that we should receive it within 3 working days, which was supposed to be 24th July. Service is pathetic as I haven't received any form of communication. It's the 24th today, I haven't received a delivery SMS and my daughter also hasn't received an email confirmation.

I tried to call the call center today in attempt to get delivery date as I'm the recepient for the order to ensure that there is someone at home on a date of delivery but the agent I spoke to, Rochelle who was unhelpful, refused to assist or just to confirm delivery date even though I had the order number and indicated to her that, I am the reciptient for the order. This is really frustrating and annoying, as I need the mega oxygen Tablets urgently for someone who is sick. No wonder Takealot has +19000 bad reviews on Hello Peter because they don't value their clients.
