Bad service

I am sick and tired of the bad service I receive from takealot. Every second order there is some issue on average. Items in stock on sale paid for immediately suddenly gets cancelled, driver in front of my house (apparently) and then they say I'm not there, but there's no one in front of my house, then they want to reschedule and expect me to give up another full day. The list goes on and on. And all issues happen more than once. I've been a customer long enough and have placed more than enough orders to at least get a bit of service!
