Bad service

I placed an order and received an sms that my delivery will be at my house between 08:00 and 17:00 waited the whole day and nothing from their side. To my surprise at 16:48 I receive an sms again that says they tried to deliver and it wasn’t a success. I did COD when I track my order from their website it’s noted that there was not cash/money from the client and the delivery will be rescheduled. I am very disappointed with this because I even took a day off so that I can receive my order then the nerve to note that I didn’t have money to pay for the order when I was waiting since 08:00am. I am furious this is bad service to say the list.
