Bad service

I ordered a desk chair on Takealot for my desk so i can study. I ordered it on Saturday. It now Saturday and still nothing. I had to to pay R75 delivery fee for what. To have it delivered two weeks later. I already spend a R1600 on a desk and a shelve that also short a part. I just left sending it back because i already assembled the shelve. Takealot service is really disappointing.
