Bad Service

My return was concluded by takealot on the 08/06/2021 and todate i have not received my funds. Each time i send and email to them, they keep sending proof of.refund that was processed in May. A refund that is due to me from the 8 June 2021 they keep sending me refunds that ws processed in May. This is of service from takealot is so unacceptable!!
