Bad service

Purchased a bluetooth speaker trolley for my grandson, he had it for less than a month and it stopped working. I requested a return and refund. Collection date was set and no one came out. Emailed Takealot and they rescheduled for the next day, again no one came to fetch it. It has bee 2 weeks now all promises and no action. I asked for a reference number so I could drop it off at the collection point. They refused to give me one and kept promising to fetch it. As today they now ignore my emails.
