Bad Service

I ordered an item from them on the 5th of october 2020, on the 6th of october 2020 i asked them if i could change the item a similar item they said no its not possible, i have to wait for the item to arrive, now today they are cancelling the order. Now they want me to pay for delivery on the new item i have to order. i am disappointed on the level of customer service here, there is zero customer care from them.
