Bad service.

I have returned a charger for a laptop to takealot almost 2weeks ago, and they still did not do my refund to my credit account. I called them and always no answer or no proper answers to my questions. A few months ago I ordered face product's, they cancelled one coz of no stock. Never refunded, promise to send it to me and well,here I am still waiting!!!!!!
