Bad service

My account is blocked and ive been sending emails and calling since friday and yesterday which is Monday,when i called they told me someone else tried to login in my account then they sent me a link to reset my password,i did and it was still blocked can they please send the money that is on my credit to my card because its clear they dont want to resolve the issue and in future they must just tell the person why did they block their account cos ive been using this account for years to buy
