BAD SERVICE

The take a lot collection depot in Mafikeng has such bad service, i went there to go collect my parcel there was a fidelity van parked outside and one of the attendants was outside and she couldnt let the cars parked outside that she will open once they were done inside, they eventually open the gate after 7mins the Fidelity truck leaves now i get inside that lady leaves and walks very slow to the shop across and how i saw it there was no take a lot cashier inside but another customer who was there for collection, i waited for about another 6mins-7 as that lady walks back to the shop. My issue is that its peak hour at around lunch time and people want to do a quick collection and go back to work(in this case this was me) all im saying theres no sense of urgency at all.
