bad service

On Thursday 14 November I raised an order with 2 items, I went into the Bank on Friday and done an EFT for the amount of R480. I emails the proof of payment immediately. Monday they informed me that one product was cancelled due to inaccuracy, after many emails still no assistance. The product is still available to order, but for me they have a lot of excuses. I will never recommend takealot to anybody. There service really poor. They don't even offer to help with a replacement, the only answer I got was sorry. I will rather spend my money somewhere else. I spoke to Razinah today, worse I ever had to deal with. His explanation was that the supplier do not want to give me the item for the price.
