Bad service!

I not a happy customer, I order a large bread machine online and after 7 days of waiting, and very excited, received a small unit and not the same machine as advertised. We have immediately made contact with Takelot and put through a refund request. We dropped the item of at there office the next morning 29/09/2025. But still no refund on the website 😡😡
