Bad service

On the 31/08/2023 I received a Takealot order no: *** for a collection of a fan control unit that I bought through them.I installed the unit in the car but the unit did not function at all.A motor electrician checked the car and he established that the unit was defective.I informed Takealot phone no:*** in October and I returned the unit to their branch in fourways the very same month, follow ups were made on the 8th,15th and 16th of November no feedback was given, after a number of exhortations I was informed that my request for a refund had been rejected.The reason given is that I did not follow protocol the unit is still at their warehouse.
