Bad service

I purchased an item online which was in stock. In turn was sent the wrong item which I dropped of at a drop off point which is now over 2 weeks ago. Still no refund and no feedback from them. Good when it comes to taking money but poor service when returning especially selling an item which there was no stock of in the first place.
