Bad service

I ordered some hair products from takealot only to receive a mat and ribbon, this other lady updated my status that i have to return the things for which I ordered meanwhile they were not in my package, i was like hey guys you wrote that these products are to be collected from my house and the only thing delivered is mat and ribbon, they kept quiet. The delivery guy came for collection and i gave him the mat and ribbon, he was like these are not the item’s written here so I explained to him that was a mistake. They acknowledged the receipt of the parcel, and guess what they refunded me not even half the money. Now i am trying to contact them and no one is answering or responding to my texts.
