Bad service

I order a few things yesterday, paid delivery fee so it gets delivered quickly. The delivery was due for today. I’m at the delivery address currently waiting for takealot to arrive. I’m upset because I got an sms that states they will be rescheduling my delivery date because I’m not available. I don’t even get a call from the driver. There’s important stuff in that parcel which I can’t receive because of poor service from takealot. The branches aren’t available to help with this. Customer care says they will send an email which will not be answered today so that doesn’t solve my problem. I will not be purchasing anything from Takealot going forward.
