Bad service

Im sorry to say that takealot.coms policy is not what they keep up to, i have ordered an item from takealot and made full payment, a week later they send me an email to cancel after thier policy stating that once payment is made for the item it is reserved, spoken to a person by the name of Ernerst, he stated on friday he will make sure he will get the issue sorted, today he sends me a mail stating they out of stock. This is completely unacceptable!
