bad service

I placed an order two weeks ago and made payment, my item got slot and I was told that it was going to redelivered but every time it gets delivered it says I need to make another payment which I already paid the 1st time, I AM STILL waiting for feedback and it seems no one can help me AND still haven't got my item bad bad service
