Bad service

I would like to say what a terrible service we've received. We order 3 items and received a sms to say that our parcel will be delivered on the 21st of Feb before 5 o'clock. It seems strange because it was on a Sunday. We were stuck the whole day because our items will be delivered. We didn't receive anything that day and we had things to do and couldn't do that because we were waiting for our delivery. That was okay because then I assumed that the items will be delivered on monday the 22nd of Feb. We've received an email to say the parcel went missing and the one item I really wanted is out of stock. So what the hell? I really wanted that item the most and it went missing. That is really sad!
