Bad service

I have never ever experienced such bad services in my life I ordered toys for my sons birthday on the 13th of the October today is the 24th I haven’t received my items till today and they refuse to do an immediate refund because they have policy’s and procedures in place but they failed to deliver my items and I’ll have to wait for next week for my items to be delivered because they were delivered to the wrong address but who’s problem is that?
